As an Anti-Harassment Coordinator at the GS-0301-13, you will be part of OPM Human Resources, Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will be responsible for providing agency-wide direction and expert technical guidance for OPM's Anti-Harassment program, conducting prompt, thorough, and neutral investigations, assisting managers and supervisors with guidance and recommendations, and providing training and support to the workforce.
Duties
Administers OPM's Anti-Harassment Program including but not limited to policy development, modification, and implementation.
Advises senior leaders on the best course of action for associated issues, management policies, practices, or trends which may serve as barriers to an effective anti-harassment program.
Provides training and/or briefings to employees, managers, and senior leaders.
Conducts prompt, neutral, and thorough investigations of allegations of prohibited harassment.
Qualifications
For the GS 13: You must have at least one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service (obtained in public or private sectors), which includes performing ALL of the following activities:
1. Developing, evaluating and, implementing an agency's anti-harassment policy and procedures;
2. Developing and designing strategies to investigate and address allegations of harassment;
3. Composing and retaining written records of alleged harassment, investigations, findings, and corrective actions; AND
4. Developing and delivering training and/or briefings for managers and employees on recognizing, reporting, and correcting harassment.
Merit promotion applicants must meet the time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-12 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS13 level.
