Duties

Providing leadership and guidance to the districts in regard to their program throughout the life cycle of all types of Civil Works projects. Assessing current and future trends of the organization function and missions. Conducting reviews and submitting recommendation on the adequacy of annual budget data for projects. Developing and/or establishing policy to implement standards, procedures, and/or instructions necessary to guide the overall program. Reviewing the work of subordinates for overall conformance with policy, mission objectives and locally established standards.
