Duties
Responsible for executing a major segment of the organizational budget.
Receive approved fund targets for assigned account(s).
Allocate funds to individual activities/functional areas based on an analysis of activity budget estimates, historical expenditures, projected workload, and approved funding.
Provide budgetary advisory services for a major segment of the organizational budget.
Formulate and justify a major segment of the organizational budget.
Requirements

- This position may require Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 15% of the time.
- This position requires incumbent to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing the formulation and justification of budgets; determining obligations and expenditures of funds; and advising program managers on the availability, obligation, and expenditure of funds. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
