Duties
Provide advice and guidance in preparation and submission of command spend plan, and program management.
Analyze program and budget guidance from higher headquarters and provide budget formulation and execution guidance to subordinate organizations.
Oversee the processes for processing travel orders, military interdepartmental purchase requests, commitments, obligations, and disbursement documents.
Serve as Budget Officer / Fund Control during exercises and contingencies, overseeing the command's exercise and operational budget.
Oversee the work of assigned military and civilian personnel within the division.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience formulating and executing the budget; performing analysis on historical execution, and recommending funding adjustments and realignments. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
