This position is located in the Corporate University of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides recommendations and assistance to management, on a broad range of issues affecting job skills development and professional continuing education programs in FDIC.

Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Additional qualifications information can be found here.
To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 07 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as (1) assisting or coordinating day-to-day operations of a training program; (2) reviewing training/course materials for accuracy and completeness; and (3) providing reports on learning and development program.
OR
EDUCATION: A master's or equivalent graduate degree in education or a subject area related to the position to be filled or two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education. LL.B. or J.D., if related. OR
COMBINATION: of graduate level education as described above beyond the 1st full year of graduate education, and specialized experience as described above, that together meet the qualification requirements for this position
