About the Position: This Program Analyst position is with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District, Engineering and Construction with a duty station location of Ft. Worth, TX.

Duties

Research and analyze potential improvements to Engineering and Construction Division's management systems, processes and data to evaluate for increased program effectiveness. Develop overall plan of action to ensure uniform management processes, data handling, and reporting between various financial programs. Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Incumbent may be required to travel occassionally for TDY.
  • Appointment to this position is subject to a one-year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
