About the Position: This position is located in the Garrison, Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The Garrison provides installation capabilities and services to support expeditionary operations in a time of persistent conflict.
Duties
Responsible for the development, review and analysis, coordination, implementation, and
exercise of installation peacetime contingency plans and a variety of sensitive classified and
unclassified operations plans.
Coordinates and provides resources in support of installation special events and ceremonies to
include retirements, changes of command, etc.
Coordinates installation and garrison operations with higher headquarters and mission partners,
coordinates installation staff efforts supporting ongoing operations.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- This position may require you to go on Business travel (TDY) up to 25% of the time.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
