Duties
You will explain resources, services, and administrative processes to callers and visitors.
You will process or maintain facility files or documents related to the work accomplished within the facility.
You will resolve problems, which arise from unforeseen emergency work, inadequate repair parts, and/or variations in man hour availability.
You will coordinate closely with the supply section regarding the availability of repair parts.
You will follow up and take action with limitations of plans, schedules, and policies to resolve or eliminate problems.
You will collect and compile data for the purpose of preparing recurring schedules and special reports.
You will operate computer systems to make retrievals of recurring standardized reports and information listing for users.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: facilitating maintenance production efforts by managing and controlling assigned workload and ensuring adherence to overall work plans for the production process.
