You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Deputy Commandant for Information (DC I) of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will be responsible for analyzing MIG readiness in manpower, equipment, and training as they relate to the Marine Corps' HRDP in the readiness functional area.
You will oversee and management of Service information manpower requirements and allocations.
You will serve as DC I’s MIG readiness subject matter expert for review of and input to unit manning documents and table of organization change requests (TOECR).
You will formulate and delivery of USMC Information Warfighting Function operational unit manpower data into the Congressional Justification Book, articulating Service-wide Information manpower requirements in terms of function and capacity.
You will serve as a readiness management analyst and develops, analyzes, evaluates, advises on, or improves programs, services, processes, or functions of an organization.
You will prepare new or modifies previous management analyses, assessments, or other products by applying expert judgment and ingenuity in interpreting information and providing recommendations or making decisions which impact policies and programs.
You will perform the full range of administrative and technical duties including integration of readiness programs designed to leverage community of interest (COI), industry and other agency expertise to increase the operational effectiveness.

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ability to perform and/or advise on work in the development of budgets that support prepositioning programs; ability to prepare/present information to senior leaders effectively; planning, managing, or working in prepositioning programs, logistics planning and execution.
