Duties
This position is located under the Office of Human Resources and Professional Development, ATF National Academy, Liaison, Curriculum Development, and Accreditation Branch in Glynco, Georgia.
As a Management Analyst GS-343-11 your typical work assignments may include:
Qualifications
To qualify for GS-11 candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-09.
Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Specialized experience include:
Applying knowledge of ATF Academy's mission, organizational structure, programs, and objectives to identify, evaluate, and plan training needs; AND
Collecting and researching data for evaluations of programs/operations; AND
Utilizing database systems, word processing, spreadsheets to prepare documents and provided requested reports and information.
OR
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.

Education
