This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Deputy Commandant for Mission Support Commandant (CG-6) C5I Service Center (C5ISC), Operations Information Systems Product Line-Kearneysville (OISPL) in Kearneysville, West Virginia.
Duties
You will serve as an Information Technology (IT) Cybersecurity Specialist in the USCG within the C5I Service Center (C5ISC), responsible for planning, analysis, and enhancement of information systems, policies, and procedures supporting the Operations Information Systems Product Line (OISPL) in Kearneysville, WV.

Qualifications
To qualify for the GS-14 level, applicants should have at least one (1) year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Specialized experience must include:
The applicant must meet ALL of the conditions below.
Coordinating, managing and executing complex IT capability implementations and life cycle sustainment support to ensure developed capabilities align with mission needs and expectations of cost, schedule and performance;
Applying systems engineering knowledge to ensure structured design, development and implementation processes are applied throughout an IT capability’s life cycle; and
Communicating with senior level management and other stakeholders on information technology related projects and program activities, status and future plans, tailoring communications to the audience at hand.
In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirement, you must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
