This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Assistant Commandant for C5ISC, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (CSISC), Infrastructure Service Division (ISD), Server and Cloud Branch (SVR), Platform as a Service (PAAS) in Kearneysville, WV.
Duties
In this position you will collaborate with a Team of Network Professionals and serve as an IT Cybersecurity Specialist for IT Network Infrastructure, responsible for the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, installation, implementation and integration of networked systems used for the transmission of information in data, voice and/or video formats.

Qualifications
To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, applicants must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience must include the following:
Oversee the planning, coordination, development and approval of all IT programs to support IT projects, programs and systems.
Develop methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance and assurance efforts.
Provide recommendations on project cost, data concepts or design changes as it relates to auditing IT projects.
Identify and assesses cause and methods for resolution of IT critical impediments affecting IT projects and programs.
Conduct audits on information technology (IT) programs and projects.
Review service performance reports identifying significant issues and variances affecting IT programs.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirement, you must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.

Education cannot be substituted at this grade level.
