This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC), Infrastructure Services Division (ISD), Server and Cloud Branch (SVR), located in Kearneysville, WV.

Duties

You will serve as Supervisory IT Cybersecurity Specialist (PLCYPLN/INFOSEC) and be responsible for collaborating closely with key stakeholders throughout the project management community and review project processes and procedures for improvement and alignment of command priorities.

Qualifications

To qualify at the GS-14 grade level, applicants must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience includes the following: Experience in a hybrid cloud environment, and the ability to deliver Private cloud services that work symbiotically and harmoniously with the Public Cloud, to include service modification and/or redesign to ensure integration and compatibility between public and private offerings. Experience managing or executing the transition of IaaS and PaaS services to a new service provider, this component also includes experience migrating servers and systems between private and public cloud offerings. Experience coordinating the implementation of new services, including project management, technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and training. Experience managing three or more direct personnel and their geographically distributed staff. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.  In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirement, you must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
