About the Position: The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) develops and delivers responsive aviation, missile and calibration materiel readiness to the U.S. Army. The position is located within US Army Aviation and Missile Command, ACQ & SUST LOG DIR - AWCF-AVN however, multiple vacancies maybe filled using this announcement.
Duties
Identify the specific requirements and services needed to support the Program Life Cycle Management (PLM) program.
Initiate action or redirect acquisition and logistical support as merited by user and customer input.
Recommend course of action to improve organization's overall data cleansing efforts.
Provide technical advice and guidance, review work, evaluate quality and provide training to team members relating to provisioning data and processes.
Develop dashboards, metrics, software solutions, and reports from provisioning databases for data-driven decision making.
Manage share point pages and other databases to facilitate improved customer’s user experiences through modernized automation tools as applied to provisioning and supply chain optimization efforts.
Requirements
- Secret security clearance.
- Advanced Level III Certification in Life Cycle Logistics within 4 years of entrance on duty as well as meet applicable DoDI 5000.66 requirements.
- Occasional TDY travel

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: This position serves as the AMCOM Provisioning Center of Excellence Provisioning Analyst. Experience in: planning, development, coordination, and implementation for all sites of the command's provisioning data integrity efforts related to the Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) data elements within an Enterprise Resource Planning System of Record (i.e. LMP). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
