Duties

Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Supervises assigned staff. Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.

Qualifications

Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed. Highly Preferred: Must have at least three (3) years of experience working in an MWR NAF Program. Must have at least three (3) years of direct experience in working with VSI(RecTrac/CYMS) point-of-sale platforms.
