You will serve as an International Program Specialist, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case Manager at the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), International Programs Office. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for matters related to assigned FMS portfolio of cases.
Duties
You will develop detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range program administration.
You will develop financial and logistics management plans.
You review funding and program requirements.
You will provide status, progress, and forecast reports.
You will establish and publish initial and long-range goals, objectives and plans for case management and execution.
You will issue and maintain a program master plan with key program milestones as cases are implemented.
You will ensure program goals and objectives are in accordance with approved foreign disclosure and technology transfer requirements.
You will ensure appropriate integration of requirements such as supply requisitions, contracts, and training are accomplished with internal and external organizations
You will ensure funding is in place and financial requirements are met.
You will ensure material and services performance is met in relation to required performance specifications
You will ensure that delivery and performance reports are timely and accurate.
You will manage and reconcile FMS cases throughout their lifecycles starting with development through closure.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain Security Cooperation Workforce Development Program Practitioner-level certification.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading and managing programs, evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of programs, developing and executing management plans, and reviewing funding and program requirements.
