About the position: This position will be assigned to the Community Center on Ellsworth AFB. This position is considered regular full time. You are guaranteed 35 hours, however could work up to 40 hours per week. As a regular employee you are eligible to earn leave and other NAF Benefits.

Duties

Applicants will be expected to assist in program operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities. Special emphasis is on programs for families and family members and special groups such as retirees, singles, and private organizations. Types of duties include but are not limited to: carries out recurring group activities such as classes, clubs, special events, outreach, competitive games and events, and self directed leisure. Sets up rooms to support meeting group needs. Collects fees and protects funds. Greets facility users and conducts facility tours. Decorates facility to reflect holiday and program themes. Applicants must be able to makes decisions and work effectively under the pressure of timelines and rigid deadlines.

Education

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying.
