Duties

Serves as a Senior Human Resources Specialist over information systems with technical authority on the implementation and operation of Benefits Automated Systems. Applies expert knowledge of civilian human resources operations, specialties, regulations, policies and procedures to manage HR systems, and applications and the Army Benefits Center-Civilian website. Applies thorough knowledge of computer systems to automate human resources processes at the Army Benefits Center-Civilian. Applies functional knowledge of civilian human resources operations, specialties, regulations, policies and procedures to manage assigned HR systems and applications.
