You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Intelligence and Security of DEPUTY UNDER SECRETARY OF THE NAVY.
Duties
You will serve as financial management liaison for the Government Commercial Purchasing program and ensure all purchase documentation in accordance with government rules and regulations.
You will be responsible for strategic implementation of new technology and computers that improve efficiencies while meeting the goals of the organization.
You will manage and process logistics training and certification.
You will be response for new employee onboarding and ensure new hires have the right materials and knowledge to do their job well to including setting expectations of what to expect in the first week.
You will review and manage data program information in order to correlate to required program resourcing and cost data and prepare a variety of cost, resourcing and program management reports.
You will be responsible for developing security policies, and develops policies designed to be current and flexible in meeting security program objectives.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience developing program budgeting, costing analysis, or resourcing management reports to determine metrics, program performance objectives and problem deficiencies within an organization.
Experience managing finances, new technology, and streamlining the onboarding of new personnel as it corelates to required program resourcing and cost data.
Experience coordinating with higher echelons to create a comprehensive and integrated workforce investment system to ensure resources are utilized to optimize mission accomplishments.
