You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND of FLTREADCEN EAST.
Duties
You will develop new or modified work methods or processes.
You will have a proficiency in database extraction and usage of various IT software programs to compile, organize, and synthesize data into usable information.
You will have knowledge of organization, function, and operations within the depot.
You will have knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure effectiveness.
You will be able to deconstruct high level information into details and abstract from lower-level information to general understandings.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Proficiency in drafting clear, concise, and well-organized reports, memos, and presentations leveraging strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. 2) Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners while presenting information and recommendations clearly and persuasively. 3) Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions while thinking critically and creatively to address challenges. 4) Experience in gathering, interpreting, and evaluating data to inform decision-making and formulate actionable recommendations to improve processes and outcomes. 5) Experience in identifying inefficiencies, implementing process enhancements and capability to lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Education
If qualifying based off education, applicant must possess: master's or equivalent graduate degree

2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
