About the Position: National Guard Bureau, Joint Staff, J6, C4 Systems and CIO Directorate, Arlington, VA. Duties

Conduct business process reengineering and acts as subject matter expert by supporting requirements engineering and project manager processes. Analyze requirements and utilizes extensive knowledge of Department of Defense, U.S. Army and National Guard policies/procedures towards developing automation solutions and compliance with the resource management framework. Perform analysis to define opportunities for new or improved business process solutions.

Requirements

• Position is designated Mission Essential and may entail alternative duty schedules (including extended shifts, nights, weekends, and/or holidays; being recalled for urgent situations; and/or working overtime in response to surge situations).
• Level 2 IAM/IAT Certification required within 6 months of employment IAW DoD 8570.1M.
• Incumbent of this position must achieve the foundational qualification requirements within 9 months of assignment to this position.
• Incumbent must achieve the resident qualification requirements within 12 months of assignment to this position, in accordance with DoDI 8140.02.
