Duties
You will serve as a staff advisor and expert consultant on housing management issues, a first level supervisor, leader for the IMCOM-Pacific housing management program and Residential Communities Initiative (RCI).
You will plan, direct and coordinate all phases of the Army regional housing management program, (both family and unaccompanied personnel) and operations of Housing Services.
You will initiate, develop and implement policies governing the establishment, operation and performance of Army Housing programs at installation levels.
You will establish regional targets and guidelines for meeting equal housing opportunity objectives.
You will assemble and lead matrix teams engaged in administrative and professional work involving Army housing and RCI programs to accomplish goals and objectives.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which overseeing the operations of a housing program to include justification for budgetary requests; oversight of subordinate housing branches or divisions; AND developing and implementing housing policy, plans and objectives in accordance with higher echelon policies, objectives, regulations, and state and federal law. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
