About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation.

Duties

Coordinate all phases of pre-production planning, develops technical data packages, reviews work specifications, and provides technical coordination to Depot Field Teams. Responsible for major end items, e.g., airframe, engine, or component systems and equipment. Provide technical advice and assistance in support of the processing requirements in order to accomplish overhaul repair, and/or modification programs for rotary wing aircraft.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed Tier 1 background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government driver's license.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid State driver’s license.
  • Employee must undergo and pass pre-appointment physical examination.
  • Special Conditions: Must be able to travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites.

I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate education in excess of the first year by 9. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR The experience as described in A and the education described in B. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
