Duties
Under the supervision of the Transient Quarters Manager, this position leads/supervises (5) or more front desk clerks, front desk leader, group reservationist, and breakfast clerk. Responsible to the Transient Quarters Manager for the administrative and operational management of the Billeting Fund Transient Quarters. Uses sound management practices, with emphasis on satisfying guest needs and expectations by complying with higher headquarters directives, policies and procedures for Billeting.

Qualifications
Three or more years in guest services experience in a lodging operation, one year having been at a supervisory level. Strong professional communication skills, including ability to provide outstanding customer service, maintain positive employee relations and effectively train team members. Knowledge of safety procedures. Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software, Property Management System (PMS). Knowledge of Nonappropriated Funds (NAF) policies and procedures preferred. The ability to stand and walk throughout 8 hour shifts. This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs. independently and objects over 45 lbs. with assistance.
