You will serve as a Director in the Material Readiness Department of NAVSEALOGCENKYPTDIVNUWC MECH PA in one of the following locations: Keyport, WA; Philadelphia, PA; Mechanicsburg, PA; or Newport, RI. This position is equivalent to the GS-14/15 level.

Duties
You will be responsible for warehouse operations and management of Operating Material and Supplies – Remainder for all NAVSEA Warfare Centers and Program Executive Offices.
You will serve as the NSLC Department Head, operational point of contact, and program management advisor for warehouse operations of Operating Material and Supplies material management.
You will respond to senior Systems Command, Operational Navigation, and Secretary of the Navy program officials regarding the delivery of Operating Material and Supplies products and services via the chain of command.
You will report/develop briefings to explain, and/or defend audit compliant Operating Material and Supplies material management information presented to these Echelon II and II commands via the chain of command.
You will be responsible to develop and lead command partnerships with Warfare Center Property Leads and Program Executive Office Product Support contacts.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14/15 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing warehouse operations or management in a large organization, including experience in planning, implementing, or administering warehouse programs.
