Duties

Supervise human resources professionals engaged in command-wide strategic workforce planning studies and surveys. Provide technical advice and assistance in various civilian Human Resources (HR) program areas to all levels of management officials within AMCOM Analyze HR programs to determine needs of the organization. Perform the full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • This position requires a one-year supervisory probationary period.
