As a Program Analyst, you will participate in the planning, implementation, and management of External Outreach and Minority Affairs' (EOMA) programs. Provides technical analysis and support in managing the programs in EOMA; and will serve as an integral member in the development and execution of EOMA programs, statistical analysis and reporting processes.
This position is located in Public Affairs, External Outreach and Minority Affairs.
Duties
As a Program Analyst, you will:
Review, analyze, interpret, and present analysis on External Outreach and Minority Affairs (EOMA) activities. Prepare semi- annual and annual reports; identify appropriate information to monitor activities of minority depository institutions. Serve as the coordinator for outreach events, identify products and materials appropriate for use in outreach activities and coordinates EOMA's participation.

Serve as the Deputy Manager for the National Diversity Internship Program, College Apprenticeship Program and High School Scholars Internship Program.
Provide information to Acquisitions to prepare a Blanket Purchase five-year contract, which includes developing a statement of work, conducting market research, completing an independent government cost estimate. Prepare consensus report(s) to recommend vendors.
Solicit information from managers to identify skills, knowledges and abilities; academic classification; field of study; and assignments to be performed by interns.
Serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for the National Diversity Internship Program (NDIP) contract.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
Applicants must possess one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the next lower level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level in the Federal service.
Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
Assisting with outreach events that includes identifying products and materials to use in outreach activities; AND
Constructing timelines for carrying out administrative tasks required for program support.
The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
