You will serve as a Chief of Theater Cyber Integration in the CO-IPE DETACHMENT AT Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) of U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND.
Duties
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of offensive and defensive cyberspace operations planning in support of USCYBERCOM, MARFORCYBER and other supported commands.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of offensive and defensive cyberspace operations planning in support of a Theater Special
Operations Command (TSOC) .
You will be required to have the knowledge, skills, and ability to lead a small, high performing team and integrate as a planner with a TSOC staff.
You will utilize the planning process on a daily basis to help the unit address a range of planning evolutions including Intelligence, Operations, Fires and targeting, Deliberate Plans and Exercises.
You will utilize the Joint Operational Planning Process; integrate cyber effects into Fires and Targeting planning; plan Special Technical Operations and/or Special Access Programs.
You will support crisis action/current operations planning, exercises, Future Operations planning, and Future Deliberate Planning, which integrate offensive and defensive cyberspace operations capabilities.
You will supervise professional employees (military and civilian) highly skilled in specialized network related technical disciplines.
You will supervise professional employees highly skilled in cyberspace planning and plan work priorities and schedules, assigning work to subordinates based on employee's capabilities, priorities and difficulty to ensure effective use of assets.
You will develop performance standards, evaluate employee performance and provide technical and administrative oversight, advice and instruction.

- This is a Drug Testing Designated Position (TDP). A pre-employment drug test is required, and the position is subject to random drug testing.

- The incumbent may be required to perform occasional travel (25% or less) which may involve the use of commercial and/or government aircraft.

Qualifications
You are required to have information technology (IT) related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:

In addition to your experience demonstrating the four competencies above, you are required to have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: Advising the supported command on information assurance activities governing the policy, planning and delivery of services for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and data through the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of information systems security programs, policies, procedures, and tools.
