About the Position: Serves as a Quality Management System (QMS) Analyst in the Engineering and Construction (EC) Division in the Consolidated Business Services Section (CENWP-ECT-C).

Duties

Plan, develop, monitor, record, and report implementation of processes, policies, procedures, and guidance related to quality management and EC mission, business processes, workforce development, and relationships. Facilitate development, rollout, and oversight of new initiatives, product status reports, and other tools designed to collect and present management data. Assist the Quality Management System (QMS) Program Manager to coordinate and maintain improvements for quality management processes. Utilize and administer automated tools and systems in support of the QMS program. Assist in coordinating and conducting audits (Internal and External) that gather objective evidence with the purpose of checking that processes are working as intended. Monitor and prepare reports on the progress and estimated schedule of quality initiatives.
