Duties
Develops briefings, project papers, status/staff reports, and correspondence to managers to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations.
Provides advice and technical assistance to management at all organizational levels on the full range of human capital programs.
Develops plans, procedures, and operating methods for assignments.
Analyzes problems or issues and proposes alternative solutions.
Supports senior staffing in determining if the program area adheres to all federal legal regulations, agency policies, internal policies, and procedures.

Specialized Experience: To qualify for the GS-07, you must have 1 year of specialized experience at the GS-05 or equivalent level in federal service. Experience includes, assisting in providing advice and assistance to management on the full range of human capital programs; assisting in preparing briefings and status reports for managers; assisting senior staff with analyzing problems and developing solutions; and assisting in reviewing program areas for compliance with organization policies and procedures.
