This position is located in the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department in the Navy Region Southwest. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee various functions going on in the facility to ensure that established policies and procedure are followed and to repair and maintain bowling equipment. Incumbent is assigned to the Sea N Air Bowling Center located on Naval Air Station North Island, Coronado.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
• Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background Investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.

Qualifications

Possess a fine sense of public and customer relations. Knowledge of military club operation, regulations and techniques pertaining to private parties. Skill to communicate effectively and the tact to deal capably and diplomatically with superiors, peers, subordinates and customers. Be capable of handling monies attend MWR Cash Handling Training within first 30 days of employment. Ability to use PC computers and knowledge of various software programs. Be able to account for materials, equipment and money placed in care. A minimum of one (1) year experience which provides knowledge of club, restaurant, business operations, or equivalent leadership experience.
