About the Position: Serves as Senior Inventory Analyst in the Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) Integrated Logistics Support Center (ILSC) Logistics & Technical Support Directorate (LTSD) Supply Chain Management Division (SCMD), Responsible for analysis of Army CLVIII inventory management to meet requirements identified by AMLC
Duties
Provides effective material support by providing analysis-based recommendations for integrated material management and control of inventories of CLVIIIA devices, sets kits and outfits (SKOs) and supplies characterized by a high degree of equipment complexity, high dollar value, high visibility, and highly intensive level of management.
As an inventory analyst focusing on inventory levels and supply planning, utilizes statistical program knowledge and skills to provide support in the areas of statistical sampling, methodologies, forecasting techniques, trends, and use of models in applicable systems such as LogiCole, TEWLS, GCSS-A, LMP, and JMAR.
Reviews directives and regulations to determine their application to current projects; initiates and/or participates in the development of procedures and policies for assigned items. Based on relevant regulatory interpretations and exceptional knowledge of materiel control functions, reviews supply control and/or materiel planning studies and multi-year requirements studies acquire.
Requirements

- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life cycle Logistics Certification within 36 months of entrance on duty.

Specialized Experience is defined as having one year at the next lower grade level or equivalent pay band level performing the following duties;
1. Interpreting data on supply/demand trends and spending;
2.Providing support in the areas of statistical sampling, methodologies, forecasting techniques, trends, or use of models in applicable data systems such as; LogiCole, TEWLS, GCSS-A, LMP, or JMAR; AND
3. Maintaining control of all distribution aspects of assigned items such as; evaluates effects of changes, special projects, contingency plans, and/or priorities.
