You will serve as RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the AVIONICS/WEAPONS INTEGRATION ENGINEERING DIVISION, SPECTURM WARFARE DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.
Duties
You will prepare and edit presentations and technical artifacts.
You will coordinate operational schedules.
You will provide interface and coordination with Configuration Management/Data Management (CM/DM) team to support the Development Change Review Board (DCRB).
You will communicate with the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team, and support communications with Program Management, Air (PMA) offices on logistics, requirements, schedules, and other Block-critical information.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DA-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Repairing and editing presentations and technical artifacts; 2) Generating visual aids for test compliance (provisos); 3) Coordinating operational schedules; 4) Following up on test requirements with flight test engineers in various technical support teams; and 5) Supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) functions.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
