Duties

Supervises and is responsible for directly coordinating and executing operational, emergency and disaster plans and policies for the garrison and assigned units. Develop emergency plans and procedures for the effective use of Army resources during no-plan situations. Coordinates the other activities the relocation of existing units, activation and stationing of new units, and absorption of newly created units into the Army structure. Plans, oversees, assigns and evaluates work of subordinates in the unit and assures reasonable equity among subordinates of performance standards and rating techniques developed. Provide overall continuity for assigned areas of responsibility.

Requirements

• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
• This position requires a Secret Security Clearance.
• A one year supervisory probationary period may be required.
