You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the PLANS AND PROGRAMS DIVISION (SP10), SSP ENTERPRISE BUSINESS OFFICE BRANCH (SPEBO) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-4 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
Duties
You will serve as the Program Manager for the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Enterprise Resource Planning Business Office with responsibility for oversight, and management of this program.
You will manage the sustainment and modernization of the Navy ERP Program across the SSP enterprise, as well as the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED).
You will resolve critical problems or issues related to policy application and coordinates major SSP Enterprise Business Office (SPEBO) functions with the SSP and BUMED enterprises, including field activities and UK.
You will oversee and directs cost, schedule and performance for program of approximately 50 government and contractor personnel.
You will provide periodic updates on projects and prepares briefing materials for use in executive meetings with high-level officials.
You will be responsible for public presentations and speaking to groups of various sizes and disposition.
You will provide guidance on system integration across multiple business system functional areas.
You will advise on the allocation of program resources.
You will develop enterprise resource planning program policies and procedures.
You will ensure enterprise resource planning program operations are in compliance with established policies.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing guidance on enterprise resource programs to identify problems and recommend solutions for the improvement of program operations.
