Duties

Provide administrative and technical advice and guidance on policy/procedures. Provide planning, programming, budgeting and financial analysis for the organization. Establish and maintain an effective suspense control data system to ensure proper processing of documents and high level actions.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing incoming correspondence, reports, policy papers, etc., and calls to the attention of the appropriate officials in the office of the Sr. Executive; initiating/composing replies to correspondence within established policies and procedures; speaking and dealing convincingly and effectively with high-level officials both within and outside DOD ( Department of Defense); using systems such as Microsoft Office suites to schedule meetings, travel arrangements, etc.; providing confidential advice on matters considered to be sensitive in nature and initiate necessary action for urgency assignments.. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer ServiceManages and Organizes InformationOrganizational Awareness Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
