Duties
INTRODUCTION: Performs as the Program Manager for MCHS Lodging Program which consists of Inns of the Corps (IOTC), Marine Lodging (ML) located at MCGACC Twentynine Palms and MCWTC Bridgeport.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, hotel, restaurant, or a related field appropriate to the work of position preferred.Minimum of five years experience in managing a DoD Lodging Facility, OR a minimum of five years of experience which provides knowledge of hotel management, or business operations required.A Certified Hotel Administrator designation preferred. Ability to supervise employees accomplishing work.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with subordinates, officials and others.Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.Knowledge of NAF policies and procedures preferred.This is a mixed position where the incumbent must be able to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and objects over 45lbs with assistance.
