This position is located at Departmental Offices,Management CFO - Treasury Operations. As a PROGRAM ANALYST, you will serve as the Program Analyst to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Treasury Operations, responsible for overseeing Treasury's governance and advisement on operations management policy to ensure operational effectiveness of the Department.
Duties
As a ,PROGRAM ANALYST you will:
Identify, analyze, and propose management policies, processes, procedures, and strategies related to business operations impacting Treasury Departmental Offices (headquarters) and the Bureaus.
Serve as Departmental Offices' Parking Manager, responsible for parking related policy formulation, associated communications to senior leadership and those impacted by parking, and responsible for distribution of parking permits, and annual employee fringe benefit information to impacted employees.
Assist with oversight and evaluation of program policies through the design and use of reporting tools and performance metrics.
Serve as primary liaison between Treasury Operations divisions and the Office of Privacy, Transparency, and Records related to all incoming FOIA requests.

Qualifications

Specialized experience for the GS-13 is defined as one year of experience at the GS-12 level, or equivalent that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position is ALL of the following:
-Experience consulting with clients to identify goals and objectives for afunctional area; AND
-Experience developing and documenting business and applications architecture; AND
-Experience communicating business requirements into simplified technical terms ; AND
-Experience as a software application administrator for multiple programs
The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
