This position serves as a Management & Program Analyst for the Office of Security and Hazardous Materials Safety (ASH), Office of National Security Programs and Incident Response (AXE), Command and Control Communications Division (AXE-400) Business Management and Emergency Facilities Branch (AXE-420). This position is responsible for all financial and acquisition functions for the organization.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is defined as:-Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience with the Federal Budget process, financial management principles, techniques, tools, and accounting and procurement practices.-Experience monitoring contractor performance and reviewing resumes for compliance with labor categories requirements. Experience reviewing invoices for accuracy and contract compliance to accept invoices in automated systems and to coordinate payment.AND-Experience serving as a COR on an active project/contract, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of acquisitions and contract policy to analyze contract data and identifies risks; develops and implements
risk mitigation strategies; and to resolve contractual issues.You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history.
