This position is located in the Legal Division, Headquarters Washington, DC office of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and performs general clerical duties in support of the office. Qualifications

Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of experience equivalent to at least the CG-3 grade level or above in the Federal service. Education Above the High School Level (or Post High-School Education) is defined as successfully completed progressive study at an accredited business or technical school, junior college, college, or university where the institution normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent for admission. To qualify at the CG-3/4/5 level, applicants must have For CG-3: Completion of 1 full academic year of post-high school study. For CG-4: Completion of 2 full academic years of post-high school study or an associate's degree. For CG-5: Completion of 4 academic years of post-high school leading to a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
