Duties
You will be responsible for programming and budgeting of Information Technology IT/Cyber programs and develop and analyze long-range IT/Cyber programs to deliver strategic IT/Cyber capabilities.
You will monitor, evaluate and interpret legislative actions/proposals and budgets, and summarizes impacts to IT/Cyber programs and initiatives for senior leaders.
You will conduct data analysis from various data sources for historical trends, and variances to recommend corrective or supportive to leadership actions as necessary.
You will review and provide input for financial guidance and decisions and integrates financial and management data to interpret the financial results of the organizations operations.
You will develop reporting methodologies for tracking and monitoring financial resourcing and oversee the implementation of requirements for the IT/Cyber Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) systems.
You will submit reports in accordance with Clinger Cohen Act and Federal Information Technology Acquisitions Reform Act requirements and apply broad policy guidance for supplemental IT programs and resources.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience overseeing the planning, programming and budgeting of information technology systems, networks, technology concepts and designs.
Experience in program and project management principles, i.e. requirements development, resources planning, and developing of program objectives.
Experience tracking and reporting financial requirements and resourcing.
