You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT in the G-1 Department of RECRUIT TRAINING REGIMENT.
Duties
You will analyze and coordinate general administration, legal, manpower, personnel, and pay information.
You will maintain and audit service records, and scan, upload, and verify documents.
You will prepare documents required for separation to include DO Form 214, DO Form 215, and travel/discharge orders.
You will monitor the pay status of Marine/Recruits pending separation or reenlistment.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing, reviewing, and record keeping administrative documents and auditing administrative records.

Education
