You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL) in the Atlantic NCTE Operations Branch (ORG RS20T1), in the Live Virtual Constructive Training Division of the Range Systems Engineering Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV, San Diego, California, or Cherry Point, North Carolina, Detachments.
Duties
You will serve as a subject matter expert and Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) Operations Director,
You will engage with USMC Training and Education Command (TECOM) and Fleet Marine Force (FMF) representatives,
You will collaborate to ensure USMC training events are planned and executed to maximize Marine Training Enterprise Network (MTEN) capabilities in support of training objectives,
You will support other Joint Coalition and Experimentation events within MTEN capabilities,
You will collect and analyze training needs from the Training Support Centers (TSC), converting these into detailed technical requirements for the Battle Simulator Center,
You will lead development of the scope, objectives, and expected outcomes of simulations,
You will lead regular coordination meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and milestones, ensuring TSC and BSC Teams are aligned in terms of goals and timelines,
You will represent MTEN training support equities for the full spectrum of warfare as a part of the FMF training event planning team,
You will engage with stakeholders across the Marine Corps to promote the goals and benefits of LVC training (Project Tripoli),
You will facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and seminars to raise awareness and support for LVC Training initiatives,
You will monitor the development and implementation of capabilities to ensure they align with training goals,
You will assist in selection, adaptation and integration of new LVC technologies within training programs,
You will provide leadership in developing long term strategic plans providing appropriate technology and MTEN support required to meet and sustain FMF warfare training objectives,
You will coordinate exercise support requirements and tasking with the RS20 operations and maintenance contractor and other training support organizations,
You will actively monitor events to ensure successful delivery of training support to the customer,
You will work within the RS20 operational community to provide guidance and leadership, MTEN site coordination, government oversight of the contractor during training operations, and participate in post-exercise lessons learned,
You will lead continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback from the RTSC and BSC, to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of training.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, analyzing or evaluating tactical training systems or programs (e.g., US Marine Corps Project Tripoli, Joint, Coalition and Experimentation events, Live, Virtual and Constructive Operations, Battle Simulation Center exercise, Fleet Marine Force exercises) to support strategic goals and sustainment of afloat Fleet warfare training objectives.
