Serves as the primary purpose of this position is to manage Fulfillment and Field Support Services Program of DeCA. The incumbent will be responsible for collaborating operational efficiencies with all applicable DeCA Headquarters, Zone, Area and Store level staff members. The primary duties and responsibilities of this position will be in support of eCommerce and pick/delivery operations.
Duties
Advises the Agency Director, Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Director, Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, and staff on status and operations of eCommerce initiatives (Commissary CLICK2GO, etc.); and coordinates with appropriate personnel to develop and execute program plans and schedules.
Strong background in ecommerce, with a focus on operational efficiency.
Manages activities, including identifying software interface and/or maintenance problems to the appropriate IT eCommerce, Sales, and Marketing support personnel.
Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms.
Retail eCommerce technology.

Requirements

Qualifications
You must meet the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) qualifications for series 1101 and additional requirements by the announcement closing date. Your resume must clearly show that you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-13. Experience can be under other Federal service pay systems, private sector, or military.
Examples of qualifying specialized experience include:
Managing eCommerce platform and related operation activity.
Coordinating / Managing eCommerce operational execution.
eCommerce platform and digital engagement.
Resource support in retail operations for the eCommerce digital realm.
Digital product image and description manipulation.
You will receive credit for all relevant qualifying experience (paid and unpaid), including volunteer work done through National Service program (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
Additional Requirements that must be met by the closing date:
Time-in-grade applies to the promotion of current and former federal employees who hold or have held a permanent GS position in either the competitive or excepted service in the previous 52 weeks, including current employees applying under VEOA. For GS-14: You must have 52 weeks of Federal service at or equivalent to GS-13.
Time after competitive appointment.
