Duties

Assists the Health Promotion Director/Coordinator in education, development, and program implementation for the elements of the Semper Fit health promotion program to include: physical fitness and activity, injury prevention, nutrition, obesity and weight control, substance abuse, mental health, sexual behavior and disease management.

Qualifications

Three years of experience in education, development, and program implementation for health promotion programming that includes elements such as: physical fitness and activity, injury prevention, nutrition, obesity and weight control, substance abuse, mental health, sexual behavior and disease management. A four year degree in health promotion, health education, public health, or a related field is preferred.Competence in public speaking, professional writing for public awareness and computer literacy. Certification in CPR and first Aid, or ability to become certified within the first six months of employment.
