You will serve as a EDUCATIONAL TECHNICIAN in the TRAINING COMMAND of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will provide editorial oversight to ensure POI reflects correct grammar, spelling, and syntax, and replicate the approved Training and Readiness Events for each course reviewed.
You will track all MCCES Course Content Review Boards (CCRB) and ensure that the approved recommendations contained in the Record of Proceedings (ROP) are addressed in proposed POIs.
You will track the status of POI documentation through the review chain and provide quarterly status reports to the Director of Operations.
You will help resolve discrepancies identified during the quality control review process.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final secret security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing curriculum review and analysis, quality control, submission, and tracking of course-ware.

Education
The following education may be substituted for qualifying experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
