Duties
Serves as Human Capital data quality account representative working with approximately 50 different Federal agencies.
Qualifications
For the GS 12: You must have one full year (52 weeks) of experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors).
1. providing guidance, improvement strategies, and customized solutions to leaders within the agencies' human resources program;
2. supporting human resources information technology practitioners to interpret human capital data requirements; and
3. incorporating quality controls and maintaining human capital data quality standards.
Note: Your resume must fully support the above listed experience.
Applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level.
