This position is located in the Office of the Secretary, Office of the Executive Secretariat. The Executive Secretariat is the central coordination point in the Department of Transportation (DOT) responsible for ensuring proper and expeditious action on all correspondence addressed to the Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and the Executive Secretariat.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration.To qualify for the Grade 14, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-13, it must include:
Experience serving as the technical authority for the proper and expeditious action on executive level correspondence and documents AND serving as the technical expert for advising on, developing and/or modifying agency-wide writing and editorial policy and guidance.
