You will serve as a Program Analyst within HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will develop budgets and estimate supporting plans, programs and activities.
You will present and defend budget estimates review and evaluate budget request, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures.
You will analyze and recommend cost and benefits of alternative methods.
You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization programs and activities.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
GS-13:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following;
1.) Implementing concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations related to budgeting and financing;
2.) Utilizing business management policies, business process analysis methodologies, concepts, practices, and principles;
3) Communicating professionally both orally and in written form to establish internal and external business procedures.
4) Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations.
