You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL) in the LIVE VIRTUAL CONSTRUCTIVE TRAINING DIVISION, RANGE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.
Duties
You will work in the RS20T Branch serving as a subject matter expert and Fleet strike group Large Force Exercise (LFE) training Operations Director.
You will represent NCTE/CTTR training support equities for the full spectrum of warfare as a part of Fleet training event planning teams.
You will provide leadership in developing long term strategic plans that provide the appropriate technology and the NCTE support required to meet and sustain Fleet warfare training objectives.
You will interact with internal and external customers to coordinate the rapid change of event support requirements caused by weather, participant performance, and participant material condition issues.
You will ensure the achievement of exercise training goals and optimization of limited underway training time.
You will provide input to the quality assurance surveillance plan. Ensures all required post mission data for training events is prepared for debrief and dissemination to all units/event leads.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) or grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing tactical training systems or programs to support strategic goals and optimization of Fleet warfare training objectives.
